PRICING STRUCTURE

Monthly Consulting Retainer

$1,000 per month
Includes 8 hours of consulting support per month
6-month minimum engagement

This retainer is designed to remain affordable while providing consistent, high-value support.

How the 8 Hours Are Used

The included 8 hours are flexible and allocated based on your business’s priorities. Common examples include:

One 1-hour virtual meeting per week
Social media planning and content creation
Advertising strategy and campaign management
Research, analysis, and problem solving
Operational or financial strategy work
Partner coordination (bookkeeping, IT, web development)

Hours are not pre-assigned to specific services. Time is used where it creates the most value each month. Hours do not roll over, as we WANT you to engage with us.

Additional Hours

If support exceeds the included 8 hours:

Additional consulting time is billed at $145 per hour
Overage hours are tracked and billed transparently

Onboarding & Initial Evaluation

One-time onboarding fee: $1,500 (first month only)

This includes a comprehensive evaluation of your business, covering:

Financial performance
Operations and internal processes
Marketing and advertising effectiveness
Organizational structure and constraints

The evaluation allows us to identify root causes, establish priorities, and create a clear execution roadmap from the start.

Travel & Expenses

Travel is billed separately when in-person support is required
All travel expenses are discussed and approved in advance

Sustainable business improvement takes time. A 6-month engagement allows GTI Consulting to move beyond surface-level fixes and focus on solving problems at their root cause.
